Thai Workers Going to Taiwan: Preparing for Overseas Employment

S1968 Brings Its First Group of Thai Workers for Pre-Departure Training Before Working in Taiwan

On 5 October 2026, S1968 Manpower Co., Ltd. brought its first group of 20 Thai workers, who had been selected by Taiwanese employers, to attend pre-departure training at the Pre-Departure Training Centre for Overseas Job Seekers, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour.

All 20 workers will travel to Taiwan to work free of charge, with no recruitment or placement fees, under the RBA labour recruitment programme. The training is designed to help workers understand their rights, responsibilities, working conditions and everyday life abroad, while ensuring they are properly prepared before starting their new careers in Taiwan.

S1968 would like to encourage all Thai workers to make the most of their training and prepare themselves for this new chapter. We wish everyone a safe journey and a confident start to their new working opportunities in Taiwan.
